Treatments

Seven, all by appointment

Every session starts with a short conversation about what you want from it: where you hold tension, what you do all day, how much pressure suits you. The treatment is shaped around that answer rather than a script.

Deep tissue

£30£40£50

Firm, slow strokes working through muscle and connective tissue to break down knots, release long-held tightness and encourage circulation. The one to book when something specific needs properly working on.

Upper body

£30£40£50

Deep tissue technique focused on the back, neck and shoulders. Built for the tension that builds over a week at a desk, a screen or a steering wheel.

Lower body

£30£40£50

From the lower back down through hips, glutes, legs and feet. Suited to standing work, running and long days on your feet.

Swedish

£30£40£50

The classic full-body massage: lighter than deep tissue, flowing, and aimed at letting the whole nervous system settle. Choose this if you want to switch off rather than be worked hard.

Hot stone

£40£50£60

Heated basalt stones used as tools to warm and work into the muscle. Deeply calming, and the heat brings blood to the area so tension releases with far less pressure than deep tissue needs.

Lymphatic drainage

£40£50£60

Very slow, very light pumping and sweeping movements that work the lymph vessels sitting just beneath the skin, helping the body move excess fluid and easing that heavy, puffy feeling.

Cupping

£30£45£60

An ancient therapy using suction cups on the skin to ease pain, release chronic tightness and encourage blood and lymph flow. Often added to a deep tissue session rather than booked alone.

The room

Birmingham city centre
The treatment room: a massage table made up with fresh linen and rolled towels, warm lamplight, plants

A single private treatment room, kept quiet and warm. One appointment at a time, with nothing booked immediately afterwards, so a session never ends on a clock.

  • Fresh linen and towels for every client
  • Oil blended at the start of your appointment
  • A few minutes’ walk from New Street and Snow Hill
  • Full address sent when your appointment is confirmed

Hands on

Deep tissue through the back and shoulders, slow work down the legs, and the oil blended fresh for each session.

Blending the oil for your session

The blend is made for you

Nothing comes out of a pump bottle. The carrier oil is blended at the start of every appointment, with essential oils chosen for what you’ve come in with that day: bergamot where stress is the problem, something warmer and more grounding where it isn’t. Mention allergies and sensitivities when you book and the blend is built around them.

Book a treatment

Appointments are arranged by message. Send the treatment you’d like, the length, and a couple of times that suit you, and you’ll get a reply the same day.
